Overview
1 Samuel Chapter 3 marks a pivotal moment in the life of the young prophet #Samuel and the spiritual state of Israel. When God calls Samuel again, he responds as Eli advised, and the Lord reveals His plan to judge the house of Eli for the sins of his sons, #Hophni and #Phinehas, who have been corrupt in their priestly duties.
