The Righteous Judge and Redeemer.
In Isaiah 59, the Lord is depicted as the one who sees the iniquities of the people and is able to save and redeem. His arm is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear, but it is the people's sins that have separated them from God.
The recipients of the Lord's message and the ones in need of redemption.
The people are described as being separated from God due to their iniquities and sins. Their actions, such as lying, injustice, and violence, have created a barrier between them and God. They are in need of repentance and redemption.
The one who will come to Zion to turn away transgression.
The Redeemer is promised to come to those who repent of their sins. This figure is a foreshadowing of the Messiah, who will bring salvation and establish a covenant with the people.
